verSaco - IdleRage Dedication

A picture I took in Maine and have dedicated to ~IdleRage. Why did I do this? Well, first, because she deserves it. Second, it is kinda like a test for her (but I expect everyone to answer in some way).

So here it is: There are several distinct problems with this shot on a basic photography level. If you saw this shot from a different deviant, what would you suggest they do?

And btw, I love this shot, so you can't hurt my feelings I took it and never really thought about it's quierks till after I gave a bit of advice to Savannah. Now I am biting my tongue and just accepting that they are there.

And in case you didn't notice, I really like this shot. Too bad there are some minor errors....
